Christian Education Ministries Pty Ltd (CEM) oversees 10 Colleges within Australian, an Online Learning program, Home Schooling program, as well as 3 Early Learning Centers (ELC). CEM head office is located on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW (Erina)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Architect to be responsible for managing a range of building and design projects within CEM, we require someone who displays excellent communication skills and who is competent using cloud-based technologies to assist our Schools and ELC’s remotely, this role would involve being part of a team to design, develop and oversee a range of educational facilities, with often multiple projects running concurrently. It will also consist of drafting plans and gaining council approvals while displaying a good Christian testimony to staff, contractors, suppliers and customers. You will be required to travel interstate to the project sites when necessary.

About You

  • You have suitable architecture qualifications with 3+ years of experience as an architect
  • You have advanced project management skills with the ability to take a job from initial concept to completion.
  • You’re proficient in the use of CAD software.
  • You have strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • You’re able to meet deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • You possess a sound understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
  • You possess, or would be successful in obtaining: Working with Children Check and National Criminal History.

We're looking for a highly creative graphic designer to expand our dynamic marketing team.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and designing a diverse range of print and web materials within Christian Education Ministries (CEM), which operates Australian Christian Colleges, Australian Christian Home Schooling and SmartPlay Early Learners. CEM is located on the Central Coast of NSW (Erina).

About the role

This role would involve being part of a marketing team to design, develop and oversee a range of marketing strategies focused on growing a network of Christian schools, a home schooling organisation and early learning centres.

  • Conceptualising and designing a diverse range of print and web materials including webpage layouts, signs, bus wraps, prospectus, journals, flyers, signs, promotional goods, digital imagery and much more.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing a range of construction projects within Christian Education Ministries (CEM), which operates Australian Christian Colleges, Australian Christian Home Schooling and SmartPlay Early Learners. CEM is located on the Central Coast of NSW (Erina).

About the role

We are seeking a full time Construction Project Manager to oversee the management of projects at our Schools, Offices and Early Learning Centres in various locations around the country. You will work closely with Architects, Engineers, Designers and end users to deliver projects on time as per specifications and quality standards.

You will evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for projects ranging from $10K to $10M, whilst maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and school personnel.

The role will involve interstate and regional travel to oversee projects as required.

The position commences the first week of April 2021.

About You

  • Min 3 years experience in contract/project administration, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee the management of multiple projects at varying stages through to successful completion within time and budget.
  • Time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong documentation and communication skills and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess a good working knowledge of forms of contract currently used within the construction/utilities industry.
  • Education construction experience preferred.
  • You possess, or would be successful in obtaining a Working with Children Check and National Criminal History.
